Jon McLeod is a licenses Community Association Manager (C.A.M.) who also holds a nationally recognized Certified Managed of Community Associations (C.M.C.A.) certification.

A native of Akron Ohio, Jon first came to the Florida Panhandle in 1986 when, as an Air Force Airman assigned to Eglin Air Force Bases 33rd Tactical Fighter Wing. He worked as an F-15 fighter aircraft hydraulics and pneumatic systems technician. Jon later went on to become an F-15 Crew Chief and traveled the world with the 33rd Tactical Fighter Wing. Jon served 8 years in the United States Air Force on active duty and as an Air Force reservist. Jon later left the service to work for Trans Wold Airlines in Kansas City, Missouri.
In 2000 Jon decided to move back to the Florida Panhandle. He was hired by a local resort complex as the Director of Engineering. Jon managed the Maintenance and Engineering department which had 22 employees who oversaw several resort properties in Destin, Sandestin and Miramar Beach Florida.
In 2006 Jon received this Community Association Managers licenses and was hired by a large Community Association Management firm where he managed two 24 story condominium communities with a total of 430 condominium units, a privately owned restaurant, 4 pools, two conference facilities, two exercise rooms, a sauna, owners lounge, arcade, two maintenance shops and administrative staff.
In 2015, Jon and his wife Suzanne purchased a small Community Association Management Firm which is now Panhandle Property Group, Inc.
Jon has had many great successes in his career. He has managed to reduce delinquencies thru aggressive collections actions, increase revenue by finding new sources of income, reduce expenses and increase property values thru preventive maintenance programs.
Jon is well versed in all aspects of community association management. He is one of only a handful of association mangers who has managed all types of communities including; H.O.A. Communities, Condominium Communities and Time Share Communities. He is proficient in all aspects of community association management including; Financial Management, Physical Property Management, Maintenance Management, Administrative Management and Human Resources Management. Jon is also is a Certified Pool Operator and a Florida Notary.
Panhandle Property Group is a proud member of the Community Associations Institute at both the National and local (North Gulf Chapter) levels.
